I created my basic no sugar, no oil, and no flour muffins a few years ago and the response was crazy. People LOVE healthy muffins!
I’ve continued to bake new versions of these delicious baked treats and adapt the recipe to the seasons. Below are some of my favorite healthy muffins recipes including:

No Fuss Ingredients
These healthy muffin recipes are made with basic kitchen ingredients (no gluten free flour, special baking mixes, or additives such a xanthan gum needed) but contain little to no sugar, no fat, and are gluten free. SCORE!
